FitnessCheck: More than just an inspection, a FitnessCheck is a thorough examination of key components in your weighing, feeding and material handling equipment as well as electrostatic precipitator controls. We will make the necessary recommendations to keep your equipment running at peak performance.
Calibration Services: Your upcoming outage is the perfect time to perform the necessary calibrations on your Stock Gravimetric Feeders and Forry Environmental Controls. After performing maintenance on your weigh feeders or electrostatic precipitators during the outage, you will need to calibrate your electronics to ensure the reliability of your equipment. Knowledgeable Stock service engineers can perform the calibration and alert you to potential problems.
AccucheckTM Chain Testing: If you have concerns about attaining the proper fuel/air ratio, or you have concerns about the overall accuracy of your Stock Gravimetric Feeders, Stock can provide AccuCheck Chain Testing. The AccuCheck chain will lay along the belt of your weigh feeder, and a Stock service engineer will perform a series of tests to verify the accuracy of your gravimetric feeder. The service engineer will then provide you with detailed results and recommendations for maintenance.
